PLEASE NOTE: All sales are FINAL. Once your package is shipped and leaves our shop, we are no longer held responsible for any delayed or lost package. Please contact your local post office with any issues you may have with your order or file a claim.
REFUND: We do not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are FINAL. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, store credit will be offered. Proof and communication of damage/incorrect shipment is required within 24hrs to qualify for store credit. In certain special cases and depending on availability, we may also offer a replacement.
If you purchase through Instagram, please take screen shot of your claim(s) to keep track of your purchase and claim responsibly.
