SHIPPING COST: From $3.50 to $25.00 depending on weight and location. **Free shipping for orders over $150+

WEBSITE ORDER: please allow 3-5 days for processing and 3-6 days for shipping. Please note: Items may get there sooner, however, there may be unpredictable delays dues to COVID regulations, holidays, increment weather and or vacation times.

All mail items come with a tracking number which will be communicated to you via email you’ve provided. Please be sure to check your email for shipping details/communication. If you do not see it in your email inbox, check your spam folder.

Please keep in mind Soulo Crystals is a one woman shop and orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.

NOTE: we do not cover insurance costs for any packages. Insurance is available for an additional cost. Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to purchase insurance for your package. 

Once your package is shipped, we are no longer held responsible for any delayed or lost package. Please contact your local post office with any issues you may have with your order or file a claim.
